✅ Returns & Exchanges – What’s Covered

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

• Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix it at no additional cost to you.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

To help us minimize loss and continue our mission-driven work, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned due to change of mind

• Wrong size ordered (please see exchange policy below)

• Items that are worn, washed, or altered

🔄 Exchanges – Size Only

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange your item under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• You must request the exchange within 14 days of delivery

• Customer covers return shipping costs

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only approved for:

• Items with verified defects

• Orders fulfilled incorrectly

Once approved and we receive the item back, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🕒 Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be extended slightly.

• Once your order ships, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent.

📦 Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $4.95 flat rate

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $9.95 flat rate

• Free Shipping for all orders over $75

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier service, weather, or other delays beyond our control.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide!

• Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days): $18.95 flat rate

• Expedited International Shipping (4–10 business days): $29.95 flat rate

• All customs duties, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages

• T.A.I.N.O is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but is missing, please contact your local carrier service first.

• For packages lost in transit (not marked delivered), contact us within 10 business days of your expected delivery date to initiate a resolution.

• Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or extreme weather are beyond our control and are not grounds for refunds.

📝 Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

• Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will require an additional shipping fee to be resent.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by address errors submitted by the customer.
