✅ Returns & Exchanges – What’s Covered

We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

• Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement.

• Incorrect Item Received
If you received the wrong item or size due to our error, let us know within 7 days and we’ll fix it at no additional cost to you.

❌ What Can’t Be Returned

To help us minimize loss and continue our mission-driven work, we cannot accept returns for:

• Items returned due to change of mind

• Wrong size ordered (please see exchange policy below)

• Items that are worn, washed, or altered

🔄 Exchanges – Size Only

If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to exchange your item under the following conditions:

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• You must request the exchange within 14 days of delivery

• Customer covers return shipping costs

💳 Refunds

Refunds are only approved for:

• Items with verified defects

• Orders fulfilled incorrectly

Once approved and we receive the item back, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified if delays occur.

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

📦 Domestic U.S. Shipping

We ship to all 50 states, U.S. territories, and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $7.99flat rate

• Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $15.99 flat rate

• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $75

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

🌍 International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.

• Standard International Shipping (7–21 business days): $18.95 flat rate

• International Expedited Shipping (4–10 business days): $29.95 flat rate

• Customs, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by destination.

📬 Shipping Liability & Responsibility

• T.A.I.N.O is not liable for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages where tracking confirms delivery by the carrier. We strongly encourage customers to use a secure and accurate shipping address.

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, natural disasters, or customs inspections for international orders.

• If your package is lost in transit (and not marked as delivered), please contact us within 10 days of the expected delivery date to initiate an investigation.

📝 Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is accurate.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address will require payment of an additional shipping fee to be resent.
